newbie needs friends

Postby gixerrob » Wed Mar 03, 2010 8:40 pm

Hi,

I've been told you're a friendly bunch and I'm looking for like minded buddies to ride out with and generally have a laff. I'm a born again biker and am looking to get out on a few rides this year. Been away from the biking scene for a while and looking forward to some warm summer days. I'm a bit shy so please be gentle with me, i've heard some of the ladies on here are quite a handful, especially somebody called NIc, but apparently she's thousands of miles away so that's a relief ;) Oh and someone called Tigger who's a bit of a boy racer :D Anyway here's to meeting up sometime, somewhere. Oh yeah and if anyone knows of a job going, giz a shout!

Good to see you back online kidda. :D Now get down that job centre and get out with us on the weekends, before I send Nic round to drag you out! :P

awwww sussed, It was Lisa's idea honest. I'm afraid a mobile is a luxury I can't afford at the mo kidda, it's a enough to keep the Sky HD going on the dole you know lol. Apparantly Nic was home recently and I missed her - damn. Bike needs looking at before I can get out properly - that leaky fork stopped well erm leaking, but's thats only cos there's no oil left in it! Makes for interesting fast corners anyway  I've only just got tinternet back up and running and catching up with a zillion emails. Believe there's a get together regarding the site design so hopefully will be there. Take it easy dude -see you soon hopefully. Now can someone tell me how to navigate this site again :D

Lisa - he he he. Yes took me while to dig out the old login details, had to reload the old squidward but all seems to be working fine. See you all soon. I've emailed Nic so just waitin for a reply which will probably be too rude for public viewing and full of swear words - oh well some things never change ;) xx

Get together will be soon mate, i've just got a few lose ends to sort out beforehand. Been a bit sidetracked this last week with work, but i'm still on the case.

Greetings, I used to ride with a guy named Rob, fast as ell he was! Through the twisty roads of Wales had trouble staying with him a few times. He's easy to spot should you ever see him, look for the green Land Rover paint on his left shoulder ;)

It must be Spring if you've come out of hibernation!!
